Proverbs 1:7
The FEAR of the LORD is the beginning of Knowledge..
My Thoughts.
Simple but yet deep.
In our present time and age, i can say that the notion of “ITS ABOUT WHOM YOU KNOW that will put you in a good position” is not anymore given a major emphasis. In present time, its “WHAT YOU KNOW that will put you in a better position”..KNOWLEDGE or the process of gaining knowledge is very important in someone whether rich or poor, blacks or white, tall or short..people crave to KNOW…they are a unique being, capable to logically understand and comprehend…BUT what is knowledge, as we live our life on this earth, what knowledge should we need to daily acquire. I believe its the KNOWLEDGE about life, love and spirituality.
The bible shares that when we start FEARING the LORD, thats where we start gaining KNOWLEDGE…WHY?
Because when we FEAR GOD..you will be inspired to know him, to know what are his standards, which will result in reading, searching and studying the Bible as the primary reference.
Because when we FEAR GOD..we will learn the Knowledge of TRUTH…we will learn about our purpose and our being, of who we are.
Because when we FEAR GOD..we will learn the Knowledge of LIFE, LOVE and LEARNING.
Because when we FEAR GOD..you will know what it takes to please him and to build relationship..
IT will all start by FEARING GOD..Fear in a positive way…
MY CHALLENGE.
1. To keep learning.
2. To keep knowing
3. To keep Fearing GOD.

Psalm 118
1 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;
his love endures forever.
2 Let Israel say:
“His love endures forever.”
3 Let the house of Aaron say:
“His love endures forever.”
4 Let those who fear the LORD say:
“His love endures forever.”
5 In my anguish I cried to the LORD,
and he answered by setting me free.
6 The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me?
7 The LORD is with me; he is my helper.
I will look in triumph on my enemies.
8 It is better to take refuge in the LORD
than to trust in man.
9 It is better to take refuge in the LORD
than to trust in princes.
10 All the nations surrounded me,
but in the name of the LORD I cut them off.
11 They surrounded me on every side,
but in the name of the LORD I cut them off.
12 They swarmed around me like bees,
but they died out as quickly as burning thorns;
in the name of the LORD I cut them off.
13 I was pushed back and about to fall,
but the LORD helped me.
14 The LORD is my strength and my song;
he has become my salvation.
15 Shouts of joy and victory
resound in the tents of the righteous:
“The LORD’s right hand has done mighty things!
16 The LORD’s right hand is lifted high;
the LORD’s right hand has done mighty things!”
17 I will not die but live,
and will proclaim what the LORD has done.
18 The LORD has chastened me severely,
but he has not given me over to death.
19 Open for me the gates of righteousness;
I will enter and give thanks to the LORD.
20 This is the gate of the LORD
through which the righteous may enter.
21 I will give you thanks, for you answered me;
you have become my salvation.
22 The stone the builders rejected
has become the capstone;
23 the LORD has done this,
and it is marvelous in our eyes.
24 This is the day the LORD has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it.
25 O LORD, save us;
O LORD, grant us success.
26 Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD.
From the house of the LORD we bless you. [a]
27 The LORD is God,
and he has made his light shine upon us.
With boughs in hand, join in the festal procession
up [b] to the horns of the altar.
28 You are my God, and I will give you thanks;
you are my God, and I will exalt you.
29 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;
his love endures forever.
What more i can say….thank you god…thank you for assuring mo of your love despite of the many times i have neglected my walk with you. strengthen me o GOD, give me the courage and the will…i rest upon you and seek you always…thank you with all of my heart..

Nehemiah was a prayerful man. In all circumstances, even to the point of great opposition, he would pray and plead to GOD for guidance, direction, strength and victory over the opposition. Nehemiah prayed from his heart, he would even pray silently.
I believe that PRAYERS is a way of releasing bad energy and acquiring renewed energy from GOD. Its a way of recharging our spirit. Its a way of communicating to GOD. Prayer is indeed a humbling experience a very spiritual intimacy with GOD.
LEADERS must imitate NEHEMIAH. In all situation we may be in. PRAYER will surely help us WIN.

NEHEMIAH is such a great architect, builder, engineer, advocator and leader. He was compassionate person, when he learned about the walls being broken, he saw the danger, the poverty and hopelessness. Nehemiah saw the need and with out a doubt, he made an action and plead to authorities that he be given a chance and opportunity to rebuild the walls.
Nehemiah is a great resource mobilizer, he knew where to get materials and how to get it, he asked permission and plead to authorities that he be given all that he needs. He mobilized people to join him in his advocacy to rebuild the walls. People responded and joined him in his adventures.
Nehemiah was focused, he already envisioned in his mind and heart that the walls of jerusalem would be restored. Even though he experienced oppositions and discouragements, he was still focused on achieving his goal.
We can learn many and valuable lesson from NEHEMIAH.

To love others is a challenging thing to do, but yet also very rewarding. In our cycle of life, other people will always be in the equation. Wherever we may be in this tiny world of ours, people will always be there.
But what does it take to love others? I believe it takes a lot of love, care and concern for others, a genuine one. Loving others with out expectations is a good practice to take, in this way you avoid your heart to expect too many things and if negative things happen, you have full control of the situation.
Whats the benefit of loving others? It gives you a sense of identity, purpose and a sense of self-fulfillment.
Paul – the apostle, loved other people. It motivated him to go anywhere and expressed through words and action how deeply his love for them.
Love for others has far more benefits, yes it has risks. But if we know the purpose of loving others, evertything will be okay.

Have you ever felt giving up due to the many struggles your facing in life right now? Have you ever felt that things are not really changing or improving? Ever felt frustrated that certain struggles don’t go away? You thought its already a done deal? But little that you know, it will soon come out again? If your answer is YES, i empathize with you. Let me express that i am with you on this, most of us in this present generation can totally relate to those feelings. But what do you do? What can you do?
I believe PATIENCE in times of SUFFERING is an essential virtue to learn, practice and hold on. This value can help us put things in perspective. I believe all of these things will pass away, but not gods promise on eternal happines and contentment. When JOB lost everything that he owns and possess, he did not waiver his faith in GOD, he believe GOD gave all those blessings and he alone can take it back. Job felt every ounce of suffering, feeling of despair and hopelessness. But he stood firm on his belief that GOD is in control and that things will be okay.
In this present time, PATIENCE in SUFFERING is a must virtue to learn. Its not an easy task but a worthy one.

Sometimes life is hard. You wanted things that you feel would make you happy and fulfilled. Whenever there is a new gadgets, phones, cool stuff and interesting items, we crave for it..we long for it. We already visualize things in our mind and hearts. There are times we struggle for we dont have it yet in our hands, life is such complicated.
Lately, im really craving for an iphone 3g, i have been longing for it since it was introduced. I have read its enormous articles, feedbacks and new features and boy how i love to have it in the palms of my hands. But i just cant have it, i dont have enough money to spend for it. I cannot deny the fact that i feel happy for others who have that gadget, but deep down in my heart, i envy them.
BUT i thank GOD that he gave me everyday inspiration through his word. Life is not all about having all this things. But the quality of TIME you spend with your love ones.

Our TONGUE is indeed powerful. It can make or break a person. To make someone feel loved, respected, important and valued we use our tongue to verbalize it. On the other hand to make some one feel the opposite, our tongue can powerfully accomplish it.
I feel that as we grow as a person, we need to understand the power that tongue can make to us and to others, we should use our tongue in a most powerful way.
